    Instructions 【For use in eyelash perming treatments】Apply the balm to the perm rod
    and attach the eyelashes. Apply the perm solution within approximately 3 minutes of applying the balm. Please note that if more than 3 minutes pass after applying the balm, it may form a film, making it difficult to set the perm. When wiping off the balm, use a dry cotton swab or a stick. Please be careful not to apply too much, as this may prevent the perm solution from penetrating properly.
    [For Eyebrows] Apply the
    balm to a comb and run it through your eyebrows in any direction, as if combing them. The balm begins to set approximately 3 minutes after application, so it is best to shape your eyebrows within 3 minutes.

    これがないと…
    1液の塗布前はかならずこれです。
    塗りやすい、ピタッとついてくれるので使いやすいです。動かしやすいけどピタッとくっつきます。ぬりすぎとムラには注意です。

    かなりおすすめ
    バームものによってはロッドがベタベタしてしまい洗っても取れないことありましたが、こちらのバームはベタつかないのにひと塗りでピタ！です！ロッドもべたつかず量も多いのでコスパ良いと思います！
