    How to use For OFF/ON:

    *We recommend a lash stick or shampoo brush for application.
    3. Clean lashes with lather as you wash them.
    4. Pull a new wet cotton pad and wipe lashes with purified water.

    Even if you normally wear no makeup, sebum will accumulate in your pores.
