    how to use [When used for eyelash perm treatment]
    Apply balm to the lot and attach the eyelashes. Apply the drug within about 3 minutes of using the balm. Please note that if more than 3 minutes have passed after applying the balm, the balm may form a film and make it difficult to perm. When wiping, please use a dry cotton swab or stick.
