Refund policy
Please be sure to check the condition of the merchandise you receive, even if you do not use it immediately.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, we will take responsibility for replacing it with a good product or the one you ordered.
In principle, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations of products for reasons attributable to the customer.
(We cannot accept returns for reasons such as no longer needed, misunderstanding, order error, or change of mind.)
*If it is impossible to procure the product in question, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or refund.
*We do not accept returns of SALE items or items purchased at trade shows.
*We do not accept returns or refunds for seminars or online courses.

If the product is defective within 5 days after delivery.
If the product is defective within 5 days of receipt.
We will bear the shipping cost only if the return is our responsibility.
