Using CAPRI | CARE BALM Secure the eyelashes to the rods with CARE BALM, then apply CAPRI Eyelash Perm Solution Step 1.
Softening: About
4 minutes; Normal Lashes: About
5 minutes; Coarse Lashes: 6 minutes or more

When
Using the ConnectorMix the Connector and perm solution in a 3:7 ratio, stir until smooth, and then apply.
Softening: About
2 minutes; Normal lashes: About
3 minutes; Coarse lashes: 4 minutes or more

When Using NATURE GLUE Secure the eyelashes to the rods with
NATURE GLUE, then apply CAPRI Eyelash Perm Solution No. 1.
Softening: About
2 minutes; Normal lashes: About
3 minutes; Coarse lashes: 4 minutes or more

Additionally,

if the lashes are still not softened after 6 minutes or more, wipe off the solution, reapply it, and check the condition.
