between Mamisu Co., Ltd. and you at the time of your application. Furthermore, this contract applies to all customers and must be adhered to after the contract is finalized.

NYL creates eye looks that embody the freedom and individuality of NEW YORK, while maintaining flexibility. It is a new menu and technique that can be replicated regardless of eye shape or age. Unlike
standard eyelash extension consultations, you will learn the fundamentals of the Certified Lash Artist program, which focuses on expressing the “ideal eye look” rather than just “ideal eyelashes,” and there will be a test on the final day.

Successful candidates will receive a nameplate at a later date.

Course Content (Pre-recorded Videos + 3 Days of In-Person Training)

Step 1 | One month before the course

• Delivery of Materials and Resources We will send you a dedicated kit, a URL for the treatment video, and a pledge and contract form. *Please review the contents of the pledge and contract form, fill it out immediately, and return it using the enclosed return envelope.

• Pre-Course Study: Please watch the videos at home and practice using paper cups or similar items.

Step 2｜Offline Training (In-Person)

3. Counseling and Consulting Skills *You will learn NYL’s unique techniques for creating the “ideal eye look” that highlights individuality, rather than simply aiming for “ideal eyelashes
   .”

4. Practical Application of Application Techniques (Days 2 and 3 will consist of hands-on practice using partner models)

5. Styling and Design Methods

6. Lash Artist Certification Exam (Final Day)

🏆 About the Lash Artist Certification Program

This course is a program designed to train professionals based on our certification system.

• A test of technical skills and knowledge will be administered on the final day.

• Those who successfully pass will be awarded the title of "Lash Artist," a mark of professional recognition.

• As a benefit, we will mail you a "Certified Nameplate" at a later date for use in your salon work.

⚠️ Important Notes for Participants (Please read carefully)

Regarding Practical Training (Partner Practice)

The practical sessions for this course will be conducted in a "partner model" format, where students take turns serving as models for one another.

• You do not need to bring a model with you. (We will arrange this for you.)

• Since you will be acting as a model yourself, please ensure your eyelash extensions are removed before participating.

• If you wear contact lenses, you will need to remove them during the procedure, so please bring a case or similar container.

• Payment is accepted via credit card only.

• Please note that if you select cash on delivery, your order will be automatically canceled by the system.

• You cannot purchase this alongside regular products. Please complete payment for the workshop only.
